Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Upon receipt of your Return/Refund request, Neel Ayurvedics will verify the authenticity and nature of the request. If Neel Ayurvedics finds the request genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Neel Ayurvedics will process the refund only once it has received confirmation from the relevant supplier regarding the content of the product related to that refund.

In case of any frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Neel Ayurvedics reserves the right to take necessary legal action against you, and you shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred by Neel Ayurvedics in this regard.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any incorrect order of the product does not qualify for return.

National Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as follows:

Orders placed via online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and
Orders placed using cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer or wallet.

International Refunds

Refund will not be processed if the customer does not follow the customs rules of any country. Customs tax, if applicable, shall be paid solely by the customers.
If the customer wishes to replace the product after delivery, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer. It may take 30-60 days to receive the replacement.
If the package is lost in transit, a new shipment will be sent within the next 3-4 days upon receipt of notification.
All decisions regarding refunds for international orders will be made solely by Neel Ayurvedics, and customers must accept them. However, we will do our best to make our customers happy.
